Our appointments, sessions and your well being is very important to me and I understand that sometimes, sh*t happens and life can throw all sorts of curve balls.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice in order to offer a reschedule.

If a cancellation is required, I will need a minimum of 48 hours notice as this compromises any appointments I can offer to other clients.

Thou Alone Refund + Cancellation Policy:


Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than respective 48/24 hours will result in a fee.

The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I will not be able to accommodate you.

In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

I require pre-payment to hold your appointment.

Cancellation fees will be charged to your payment method on file from the original booking.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or COVID related, all of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services as a credit.

I respectfully request proof of a positive COVID test in order to provide future credit.
